Aluminium Composite ACM
AQLAD has proven excellence in the design, manufacturing and installation of composite metal panel systems around the world.
„ACM and MCM façade systems provide a striking finish that gives buildings a modern stylized appearance which is virtually maintenance free. ACM is a lightweight composite material, consisting of two aluminum cover sheets and a fire rated core. It is a simple and versatile product which delivers a weather resistant, unbreakable and shock resistant façade which is very easy to install. ACM is available in a wide range of colors to provide your project with eye catching designs.
MCM (Metal Composite Material) consists of two metal cover sheets and a fire rated core. The commonly used metals are Zinc, Stainless Steel, or Copper, but other specialty metals are available. MCM comes in a nearly limitless array of colors, finishes, reveals, and sizes to customize your building exactly to your design intent.
HPL
HPL – High Pressure Laminate comes as flat sheets made from paper fibre and wood pulp pressed together with phenolic resin glue at high pressure and high temperature.
Standard sheet sizes are 3050mm length x 1530mm and 2550mm length x 1860mm, as well as 3650mm length x 1860mm and 4270mm length x 2130mm widths. Trespa® Meteon® is fabricated in-house by BENCHMARK to the required façade module specified. A standard 10mm joint between boards is required.
The façade is available in 8mm, 10mm or 13mm thickness depending on the specified size and fixing method.
Weather and colour stable when tested to EN 438-2: 29.

Perforated panels
Perforated Screen products form an aesthetic translucent veil allowing natural ventilation and partial weather screening, delivering an impressive architectural finish as part of a complete rainscreen façade system. Available as woven wire cloth, and in a wide selection of perforated metals, which can be used in conjunction with our Façade systems, to suit project requirements.

Fibre cement
Composed of cement, cellulose, and mineral materials, fiber cement allows us to clad walls in a light, non-combustible, and rain-resistant way, generating facades with different textures, colors, and tones. Its panels are easily manageable, perforable, and can configure ventilated facades when installed with a certain separation between the rear wall.
